Our audio response, known as Mel-the-Tel, is a free automated touch-tone account access system. 
Instant Access is Available, please contact a Member Service Representative for your unique User ID and Password today.

OCU phone banking allows members to:

  • Make balance inquiries
  • Verify payroll deposits
  • Make transfers
  • Make OCU loan payments
  • Check on withdrawals

Audio Response Instructions (you must be signed up before accessing):

  1. To Access, call 608-372-3939 / 608-847-6364 / 608-524-5885 / 888-242-8115
  2. Press 1 for the automatic attendant
  3. Press 1 to use audio response
  4. Press 1 for account information
  5. Enter your User Id (which is assigned by a Member Service Representative)
  6. Enter your PIN # (which is assigned by a Member Service Representative)
  7. Change PIN #

Account Types

  • 1 = Savings
  • 45 = Checking
  • 10 = Sub Share Account
  • 11 = Christmas Club
  • 16 = Special Sub Share Account
